Boston Consulting Group and Tony Blair had a plan for Gaza.
It was called Gaza 2035. It was developed with Israeli leaders. BCG has denied its involvement, but its existence was reported and documented.
It envisioned economic development, infrastructure, and a transformed Gaza. It was developed before October 7, 2023.
No Palestinian leadership was consulted in its development.

A massive free trade zone in Gaza. Rail links to NEOM.
Netanyahu's office issued a plan for a massive free trade zone in Gaza with rail connections to NEOM in Saudi Arabia.
This plan was issued before October 7, 2023.
For a free trade zone to exist where Gaza stood, the existing urban fabric of one of the most densely populated territories on earth would need to be cleared.

Jared Kushner unveiled New Gaza to the world.
180 skyscrapers. Coastal tourism zones. Data centres. A port. An airport. Residential towers modelled on Dubai and Doha.
Not a single Palestinian was named on the Gaza Executive Board overseeing the plan.
"We've already started removing the rubble and doing some of the demolition," Kushner said, smiling.
The plan was presented while Israeli forces continued to occupy approximately half of Gaza.

The plan assumes a flat, empty surface.
Gaza before October 7 was 87% urban area. Nearly all the rest was refugee camps. 2.2 million people lived there. The plan's colour-coded zones for coastal tourism, parks, industrial areas, and residential towers leave significantly less room for Palestinian housing than existed before the war. Experts describe it as "real estate fantasy built on rubble." The rubble contains an estimated 68 million tonnes of debris. And thousands of bodies still buried underneath.

These plans existed. They are documented. They predate October 7. We are not telling you what to conclude. We are asking when the planning started and who knew what was coming.
