Shipping policy
All UNSILENCED products are made to order in Portugal in small batches. Orders placed within an active sales window are produced collectively once that window closes.
Processing Time
Please allow 4 to 5 weeks from the close of the sales window for your order to be produced and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking notification once it has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days
- United States and Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days
These are estimates only. Delays due to customs, carrier disruptions, or peak periods are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Duties and Customs
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking confirms delivery, UNSILENCED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have an issue with your delivery, contact us at info@unsilenced.co and we will do our best to assist.
